For some people it gets out of balance and causes flaking, redness or small itchy bumps. Certain oils and fats in skincare feed it, which is why some products make things worse for those people.

We formulate to avoid that. That means leaving out the oils and fats it tends to feed on, including the ones that often hide in moisturisers under names you'd never recognise.

Email us at contact@kira.skin with your order number and a few clear photos of the product and packaging. Until your parcel is delivered to you, the risk is ours. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to deal with the carrier yourself.

Contact us as soon as you can. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we can't guarantee a change. But your right of withdrawal still applies once it arrives.

"Clean" isn't a regulated term. It means whatever the brand saying it wants it to mean. And nothing in a well-made product is dirty.
